What to Expect on Your First Visit Off the street parking for clients is located at the rear of the practice or in the car park directly in front of the practice (median car park on Beechworth Road).
We ask all new patients to arrive at the office 15 minutes prior to their appointment time to fill out the appropriate paperwork (unless paperwork has been completed prior and is brought to the appointment, in which case arriving 10 minutes prior to appointment time is requested).
Families coming for the first time will be asked to arrive 20-30 minutes prior to their appointment time (unless all paperwork has been completed prior and is brought to the appointment, in which case again, arrival 10 minutes prior to appointment time is requested).
If you require wheelchair access, the carpark at the rear of the building has a ramp.

Initial Consultation The goal of the initial consultation is to firstly determine what your desired outcome is from seeking chiropractic care. Once this has been established, we then go through your health history, do a general spinal exam and in some cases do computerized scanning. This information helps us determine if we believe chiropractic can help you reach your desired outcome. In some case the chiropractor may refer for x-rays to gather further information. This will be of no added cost to the client as we refer to bulk billing facilities in both Albury and Wodonga.
The initial consultation usually takes 30-40 minutes.

2nd Visit/Report of Finding During the 2nd visit the chiropractor will review x-rays/scans and relate them to the information gained during the initial consultation. If the chiropractor feels that they can help with your problem or assist in reaching your desired outcome they will offer recommendations at this time. Many people choose to utilise chiropractic as a proactive/preventative health care approach.

The Assessment The goal of the chiropractor is to determine the link between your nervous system, spine and your health concern. If the chiropractor feels that they can help with your problem they will offer recommendations at this time.
If after the assessment and analyzing all of the relevant data, the chiropractor feels that further information is required or that another health practitioner may be more beneficial they will refer accordingly.
